ADDIE PACKS

Addie Packs consist of a quality back pack, a water bottle, teddy bear and blanket. Other items include hygiene items for the family, note cards, pens, playing cards, and writing tablet. We also include a list of hotels near Phoenix Children’s Hospital (some offering special hospital rates) information on Ronald McDonald House.

REQUEST AN ADDIE PACK

The intent is that an Addie Pack be given to the family of any child who is facing an unexpected or emergency referral to Phoenix Children’s Hospital or other medical facilities outside of Yuma. Addie Packs are given without regard to any socio-economic needs of the family.
